Fast Road Cam.
In my trusty workshop manual it says that 1600–2s, 1600tis, 1800s, 1800tis, 2002s etc. all have the same cam, if so would you say there was a real need for a fast road cam if i put some twin 40 dell orto's on a '73 2002 touring engine? While i am on the topic, does any one have/ know of an inlet manifold that i can get my hands on for some 40 dell ortos? |

Alpina A4 butterfly injection systems
Originally from: Richard Stern During the seventies Alpina sold dual-carb kits and several other accessories for your BMW. Additionally they built complete engines based on BMW`s M10 4-cylinder. Type A0 was not very interesting: Constructed for low gas consumption in times of the first oil shock. Type A1 fitted with a dual-carb set (first Solex and later on Weber 40mm) and special air filter – delivering 115Bhp. |
