S14 Block?

Hi All! Slightly off topic I know, but does anybody know where a fellow might get hands on an S14 block (from the E30 M3), got a chum in Sweden looking for one to build a 1100bhp track car.

To be honest I'm not too hopeful as I know these things are a little hard to come by, but any ideas or suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

There is a bloke on www.ebay.de that sells a lot of s14 partshttp://stores.ebay.de/BMW-und-M-Teile-Shop . I suggest he try that site or possibly USA if he gets really desperate.

Suprised you've not heard from Rebecca, perhaps she decided rust is okay after all!

Our tourings off to have its paintwork done on Monday (plus a new headlining and a bunch of other stuff), wish us luck!!

Hope the touring comes out OK. I will have to wait till Holland to see it as I am off to the Old Timer GP at the Ring on that weekend.

Alternatively phone round the breakers/specialist in the back of any BMW mag. Someone will have a blown engine sitting in the corner.
