I have two events which might interest you this month (July), I appreciate it is busy now with events all over the country but these two events are special and a first for the BMW CAR CLUB, it has taken me 6 years to get in . The Falklands memorial event at RNAS Yeovilton on 9th or 10th july cannot quite remember which day celerbrating 25years of the Falklands campaign TBC. The second which I am really excited about is a one day event at Lord Dibys Estate in Sherborne, Dorset on the Sunday the 22nd July and I have 12 cars £10.00 per head, with Ferrari and Aston Martin attending so I am looking for a Turbo 02. I have 10 cars already so two places left. Ring any time 07947 595033. Come on everyone support this monthly meet:

Hi guys and girls,

Just a quick note to let you know that the Plough meet on 11th July will go ahead as planned and published in the magazine.

However the attendance has not been great for different reasons and it has been disappointing for those that have attended.

The Plough was also in SE region and the Chairman of the SE region was aware of the meet but still the attendance dropped off from when it was at The Cock of the North, Bell Bar, Hatfield Herts, or The Farmers Boy Brickendon.

Some members said they would have come but for the day as they are busy on a Wednesday, and also we had the case of Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea also playing midweek and being a bigger draw than the pub meet.

So to show we listen to what has been said we for the following meets the venue will be on a Tuesday at the Cock of the North, Hatfield, Herts on the A1000 between Potters Bar and the A1M junction after M25 J23 (South Mimms)

Apologies to anyone who had put dates in the diary but we have to act upon the people who have raised concerns and suggestions

This is a branch meet and we have now moved from SE region to EA region and are very close to Central region...everyone is welcome whatever BMW you have, or whether you had one in the past or planning one in the future

Future editions of the magazine should be noted with the new dates and venue (depending again upon attendance and how busy the venue becomes this is subject to change after a couple of month) We want to find the best venue, dates etc but we need your help.
